Alternate Nostril Breathing

This breathing exercice will help you to level your energy.

When you can do it?
When you weak up in the morning to boost your energy or before sleep to help you to calm your mind and have a good night sleep.

Alternate Nostril Breathing

Before we get started, there are a few things to know:

  • Perform on an empty stomach for best results

  • Do not practice if sick or congested


Sit on your bed or mat

Close your eyes

Close your right nostril and inhale through your left

Then, close your left nostril and exhale through your right

Inhale through your right nostril

Close your right

And then exhale through your left. 

These is 1 full cicle, you always start through your left side and finish trough the left.


Continue this technique for 3 minutes or more, until you reconnect with your present moment.
