Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon of organic nutmeg powder
A pinch of organic ginger powder
Organic honey as per taste
Method
Pour 1 cup of milk into a vessel and bring it to a boil.
Put off the flame and pour it into a cup.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder and a pinch or dash of ginger powder and give it a very good mix.
Add in honey as per taste and stir.
Consume warm before bedtime.
